Stablecoins are the most widely used money in the on-chain economy. Yet this money is split across many blockchains, many issuers and countless liquidity pools. The same \$1,000 can be spent in different places depending on which token on which chain it is held in, and the amount actually received when moving or swapping it differs from route to route. Choosing that route is still a job for experienced users.

Ti Protocol splits this job in two. AI and a quote engine gather and compare the information. The user makes the decision to move money, and signs. A user asks a question in everyday language, and Ti AI looks up quotes, pools, prices and transaction records and presents them as cards that carry a source and a timestamp. The swap engine combines DEX liquidity on six chains with issuer-backed cross-chain standards (Circle CCTP, and USDT0 built on LayerZero OFT) into a single route graph, and compares candidate routes by the amount received. A transaction executes only when users review it in their own wallet and sign. Neither the AI nor any server signs on the user's behalf.

TIP is the token of the Ti Protocol ecosystem. A total of 1,000,000,000 TIP was minted in a single issuance on Polygon PoS mainnet, and the supply cannot grow because the token has no mint function. Immediately after issuance, the entire supply went into seven on-chain vesting contracts. Circulating supply at TGE (listing day) is 5% of total supply. Each allocation unlocks on its own set schedule, and the entire supply is unlocked by month 60 after listing. Every administrative function can be called only by a 2-of-3 multisig Safe acting through OpenZeppelin AccessManager, with a 7-day time delay on permission changes and a 72-hour time delay on fund-related functions. No function exists that lets an administrator take tokens out of the vesting contracts.

This whitepaper sets out, in order, the problem Ti Protocol addresses; the design principles and system architecture that address it; how Ti AI, the swap engine and cross-chain settlement work; the issuance, allocation, release and utility of TIP; the governance and security model; and the roadmap and risk factors. Anyone can check every on-chain fact in this document against the addresses and transaction hashes in the appendices.
