We do not require your name, email address or phone number to use the Services. We process information to the extent needed to provide, protect and improve the Services.Information You Provide
- Wallet address and sign-in. When you connect a wallet, we process your wallet address. When you sign in, you sign a message with your wallet instead of creating an account, and we keep session information so that you stay signed in. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrases, and we do not need them to provide the Services.
- Ti AI conversations. When you use Ti AI, we process the messages you enter, the answers generated and your conversation history, whether or not you are signed in. If you report an answer, we keep the report for review. Please do not enter sensitive information such as seed phrases, private keys, passwords or national identification numbers into Ti AI.
- Missions, rewards and invitations. When you take part in missions, events or invitations, we process related records such as participation, rewards earned and withdrawn, the wallet that receives rewards and invitation relationships. Where required by applicable law (for example, tax rules) or to review certain rewards, we may ask you for additional information.
- Correspondence. If you contact us, take part in surveys or community programs, or choose to provide contact details such as an email address, we process the information you provide.
- Wallets provided by third parties. If you use a wallet offered through a third-party wallet infrastructure provider (for example, a wallet that signs in with an email or a social account), the information needed for that wallet is handled by its provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive the wallet address and the information needed to connect it to the Services.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and connection information. We may process information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system and similar technical data. For security and abuse prevention, we may process such information in a pseudonymized form.
- Usage information. We may collect information about how you use the Services, such as pages visited, features used and events such as connecting a wallet or completing a transaction. Where possible we link this information to a random identifier or a pseudonymized value rather than to your wallet address.
- On-chain data. We process publicly available blockchain data related to your wallet address, such as transaction history, balances and smart contract interactions.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, to operate the Services.- Strictly necessary. Required for sign-in sessions, security and wallet connections. These cannot be turned off without affecting the Services.
- Functional. Remember your preferences, such as language, display mode and swap settings.
- Analytics. Help us understand how the Services are used so that we can improve them. We may use first-party analytics and third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:- Provide the Services. Operate, maintain and improve the Services, show quotes and routes, prepare transactions for you to sign, and display transaction progress.
- Provide Ti AI. Generate answers to your questions, keep your conversation history, apply usage limits and review reported answers.
- Run missions and rewards. Check eligibility, record and pay rewards, and process invitations.
- Keep the Services secure. Prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate participation, protect our systems and users, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Understand and improve. Analyze usage to improve the Services. When we share the results of such analysis, we do so in aggregate form that does not identify individual users.
- Communicate with you. Respond to inquiries and send service-related notices where you have provided contact details.
- Comply with law. Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers. Evaluate or carry out a merger, reorganization or transfer of all or part of our business.
- With your consent. For other purposes where we have obtained your consent.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:- Service providers. With companies that provide services to us, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, AI model providers that generate Ti AI answers, providers of quote, routing, transaction relay and transaction record services, blockchain network and RPC providers, and analytics providers. We share information with them to the extent needed for their services.
- Wallet providers. With wallet connection services (such as WalletConnect) and wallet infrastructure providers, such as ABC WaaS operated by AhnLab Blockchain Company, to the extent needed to connect and operate your wallet. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
- Analytics. With analytics providers such as Google Analytics, which may collect information about your use of the Services under their own policies. You can limit this through your browser settings or tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Legal requirements. Where required by law, legal process or a government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others, or to investigate fraud.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.
- With your consent. For other purposes with your consent.
International Transfers
We are based in Singapore. We and our service providers may process information in Singapore and in other countries outside your own, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. When we transfer information internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires us to provide additional details about such transfers or to obtain your consent, we will do so.Data Retention
We keep information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or longer where required or permitted by law. Ti AI conversations are kept for a defined period and then deleted or de-identified.
