Phase 1 — Foundation. TIP issuance, allocation and the permission structure are complete, and Ti AI and stablecoin swaps across six chains are in operation. The goal of this phase was to lay, in a verifiable form, the base that every later phase relies on. Phase 2 — Launch. Once the first exchange listing is confirmed, Ti will set the TGE in the seven vesting contracts and supply exchange liquidity from the TGE release of the Liquidity & MM allocation. Missions & Rewards will open officially, and Ti will release Assets, which shows assets across six chains on one screen, and the Explorer, which looks up transaction records. Ti will also open cross-chain routes on BNB Smart Chain and Kaia so that all six chains connect to each other, and publish verified source code for the swap execution contracts on each chain’s explorer. Phase 3 — Utility. In this phase TIP starts to be used inside the service. Holder benefits and Gasless fee payment in TIP will open, and Earn, which puts stablecoins to work, will launch. Ti AI will move to the execution preparation stage, filling the terms set in conversation into the swap screen. Ti will complete an independent security audit and publish the results, and holders will begin deciding the use of the ecosystem fund by vote. Phase 4 — Expansion. Ti AI will gain the ability to carry out defined tasks on the user’s behalf, within the scope of a delegation the user has signed. Ti will extend support to new stablecoins and to new chains such as Optimism, HyperEVM and Solana. Through the governance process, Ti will introduce the protocol fee and buyback and burn, and move to on-chain governance in which contracts execute vote results directly. Order and scope may change with market conditions, partner schedules and the regulatory environment. Changes will be announced on the Ti Protocol website and official channels.
